Investment Representative Assistant

Sterling Federal Bank is seeking an Investment Representative Assistant. • Have or obtain an Illinois and Iowa Life and Health Insurance license within 2 years of employment
• Ability to deepen and broaden client relationships
• Proficient in current office technology
• Ability to work independently

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary

Maintains customer application filing systems

Enters and updates CRM system

Prepares monthly financial E-newsletters

Initiate customer calls and setup appointments and referrals

Prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.

Review all correspondence and documents prepared for investment representative's signature and ascertain conformance to known policies and compliance regulations.

Maintain records based on Investment Representative's compliance requirements

Maintain a tracking system of suspense items to ensure timely compliance with scheduled responses or actions

Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High school graduate, associate degree preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, at least 2 years' experience

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
