We are seeking a Teller at our Sterling location to provide customer service to all bank customers as well as providing support to employees throughout the bank.

This is a PART TIME role offering up to 29 hours a week. Saturday work from 7:45 to noon is required.

In return we are seeking your skills in providing excellent frontline customer service experiences by providing the following services:

• Receiving deposits and loan payments
• Cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail in deposits
• Selling cashier's checks, and answering questions in person or on the telephone
• Referring customers to additional banking services offered
• Recording transactions by logging cashier's checks and other special services
• Maintaining and balancing automated teller machine
• Performing opening, closing, and other branch duties such as cash and vault balancing; ordering cash, cards, checks and other supplies
• Preparing currency transaction reports
• Cross-selling bank products by answering inquiries
• Informing customers of new services and product promotions
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and self-disciplined
• Prior cash handling experience preferred
• Flexible to schedule changes when necessary
• Good customer service skills
• Able to make rational decisions and problem solve

Hours: Average hours are up to 29 hours a week
